Ultraclean Polyester Swabs are available in 3 configurations:
Absorbond® Swabs
Absorbond® series swabs are double-layered, hydroentangled, continuous-filament polyester heads that are thermally molded onto polypropylene handles using no adhesives. The long filaments reduce risk of fiber release and the hydroentanglement process reduces nonvolatile residue (NVR) to extremely low levels. The perimeter edges are heat-sealed to prevent fiber release. These swabs are excellent chemical resistance; can be used with a wide range of solvents.

Alpha® Series Swabs are constructed with cleanroom laundered, 100% continuous filament knitted polyester heads and 100% virgin polypropylene handles. Ultraclean head materials are precision molded so that every swab is constructed to exacting tolerances. Constructed from the cleanest materials available and manufactured in a cleanroom using state-of-the-art processes and equipment. High-precision automated process guarantees consistent performance, sizing and cleanliness. Silicone-free Bag-Within-A-Bag* packaging consists of a solvent-resistant, thermally sealed exterior bag that protects the inner bags containing the swabs. Each outer bag is individually lot-coded for easy traceability and quality control.

Cleaning Validation Swabs
Engineered to deliver consistent and accurate sample recovery for cleaning validation for both specific (HPLC, UV-Vis, IMS) and nonspecific (TOC) analytical methods.
